Worship

Altar Guild: Volunteers who setup for all church services, maintain worship linens and sacramental vessels, clean and polish brass and silver, deliver altar flowers to homebound members, and many, many other essential and important tasks.
Acolytes:  Youth and adults who participate in our Sunday worship service as crucifers, torchbearers, gospel bearers and who assist clergy at the altar.                              
Lectors/Intercessors: Volunteers who participate in our Sunday worship reading from Holy Scripture or leading us in prayer.
Chalice Bearers: Volunteers who participate in our Sunday worship by administer the chalice during Holy Eucharist.
Flower Guild: Volunteers who arrange flowers for all worship services.
Canterbury Garden: Volunteers who maintain the Canterbury House flower garden.
Wedding Coordinators: Volunteers who assist and direct the bridal party at wedding rehearsal and on wedding day.
Daily Office:  Lay volunteers who officiate daily morning and evening prayer services.
Evensong: Lay volunteer choir who lead a sung monthly evening prayer service.
Children’s Chapel: Volunteers who process with the children at the 10:30 am Sunday service to our chapel and lead a service designed for our young ones.
Usher Teams: Volunteers who distribute bulletins, assist visitors, take up collection, escort worshippers during communion, clean up after all scheduled services.
Master’s of Ceremony:  Lay volunteers who assist clergy at all major services by organizing acolytes, lectors, and chalice bearers.
